Lisa is the Office Manager at Pro Physical Therapy and considered a vital part of the team dedicated to provide you compassionate care and hassle-free service. Lisa takes great pride in making you feel at ease, assisting you with any questions or concerns, and making your visits a welcoming experience. Lisa has had 18 years experience working for a pediatrician and general practitioner, 8 of those years doing medical insurance billing. She is the frontline contact person for questions regarding this facility, scheduling your appointments and checking your insurance benefits whether it be for medical, workers compensation, or auto accident cases. Lisa will also make the necessary contacts for PCP referrals and authorizations.
